Pathetic, for deluxe now they says no AC , only Superior room AC . In amenities it shows AC. No clarity. This channel manager when questioned Ravi Kumar asked us to cancel and leave if we do no want the room. This he tells when we went to hotel at 10.30pm . Very poor hotel, pathetic toilets not cleaned alao
