The rooms and swimming pool were clean. It is located just beside the highway so no trouble in finding Villa. The caretaker is very nice and humble. He even prepared tea for us at night when requested at 12 am. The food tasted fantastic and everyone in our family enjoyed it. Next time I will not even think of any other place. It even has a kitchen in it so I never have to think about food for my 10 month old baby

The hotel rooms were not maintained. The pillow had black fungus and also the blanket was smelling. Tv was not recharged upon several requests. Also the food was not so good. Overall this hotel is not worth the price listed. Nature wise its good but service wise horrible. Prefer some decent property with good service in mahabaleshwar. Because hygiene is way important to sleep and have peaceful trip.

The Glass rooms are not worth it. But their velly view room is worth it.The property is simple but lots of greenery.The best part is the silence.One thing which definitely needs to improve is their breakfast.We were here 2 nights. Saturday and Sunday. Both peak season for tourists. And both days the breakfast that was served in buffet was bread, butter, toast, omlette poha and tea. That's it. Nothing more. The property is very good and huge. But far away from Mahabaleshwar. 4-5 kilometres from Bhose. We stayed in a glass house. The room is small with no major amenities. The valley view is good. Food is okay, prepared freshly like home without more masala. So it's good for your health. The staff is supportive and co-operative. We feared a lot at night as we are the only family in the resort. But the staff supported us. Good resort if you are in a group. Good family resort. But come here with your group, at least 2 family. You will enjoy it a lot.

Pathetic experience ever. staff was unprofessional and very rude.we booked valley facing rooms but they refuse to give that rooms on time and refuse for refund also.rooms were stinking and not cleaned. Please go for other option for stay. This would be complete waste of money for you
