the room were in good condition....but I like the behaviour of the owner very much ...he was very kind ....he even arranged bike for me as I was not able to find it ..... I checked in early then also he said there is no problem.....i highly recommend this place to stay in chikkamangaluru....

Location is different, it is not as shown, it is a house with rooms with bath room attached, is at a resident area with norrow road, Even Drinking water is not given by them.

Mediocre property as per my experience and in terms of tariff it is decent.There was no lift, no water in the room, in the washroom water was not so clean. Staff service was nice. Regarding safety property is well secured for all the guests.

Washroom area was smelling bad. It should be taken care. the bed size was small for 2 person's.
Perfect location near to Bus Stand, so many restaurants.
Owner is very polite and helpful.
