Hotel was good but service was pathetic. I checked in late around 11.00pm.I inform about this before 1 day.When I checked in they asked me to pay 500 for late check in.after that they allocated the room at 3rd flood and hotel doesn't have life. They told me to take my luggage by myself to the room.They can not provide room service because there room service is available only till 11.00pm. When I reached room I asked them to give water bolte and glass. They refused because for the same reason they can not provide service because it's already 11.00 pm.Very bad service.
