worst experience, no maintenance at all for everything, only staff behaviour is good, no tv working, no power backup, bathroom door not locking, bedsheets not washed, pillow cover not washed, damaged bed can't able to sleep, can't able to turn, if turn some sound is coming, outside dog is there when v enter n out always barking only, v stayed 2 days in those days same bedsheets they ignored to change even towels, they r telling wet towel u can put it in outside after dry use it same, no toiletries, no water bottles, only can water sharing for all rooms, totally poor experience.

Pathetic experience with the care taker. He was sooooooooo arrogant. We asked him for one more towel extra and immediately he said "ni milega do mil ra h kafi h" . He didnt even cleaned the washroom after complaining him multiple times.
No soaps
No shampoos
No tissues
Bedbugs
No food services
No clean swimming pools
I dont wanted to either give one star...
If you want to burn your money, this place is for you then

Property need maintenance

pathetic room as per the cost,very unhygienic
leakage from the air conditioner, washroom toiletries were also not cleaned properly.tv remote was missing

poor service from staff
no room services
no tolitery items
reception never pick up calls
dirty swimming pool
if had to rate there service from 5 I will give them -5 because they had no from of good communication at all and when we asked them to clean the pool, they acted Iike we didn't even exist plus there rooms where so dirty that it smelled like cigarettes ashes. Room was very dirty, having no ventilation. it was very suffocating inside. Even towels and bedsheets were not properly cleaned.

1. 300m from bus stop
2. Restaurants, wine stores nearby
3. Free Wifi

1. Dirty Pool
2. Unclean and stinky room
3. Exhaust wasn't working in our wash room
4. Curtains were broken both the sides
5. Though in Goa you may not need hot water, the geyser was too small to cater when we needed hot water.
6. AC and TV remote didn't have batteries and we had to call the room service again and again. They used to put older batteries and it would work momentarily.
