The hotel location is too remote and there is absolutely no transport facility there, you need to book a cab. there aren't any shops for any basic needs. photos doesn't show what actually is, bathrooms are very dirty, geyser takes hours to get hot water. food is OK but not much of menu. hotel staff hospitality is good but overall average.

Experienced was great. Staff was accommodating. Thanks to them for making our stay comfortable. Pic is of the view from the balcony.
Staff was polite and they did everything to make our stay comfortable. Food was great.

I recently visited shimla and it's started off very badly. i wouldnt have stayed more in shimla if I didn't find this amazing place. the staff is very supportive and friendly. food is delicious. I had an amazing and comfortable stay.
