being a 5 star hotel, they focus on sevices and food. they are able to justify the price. the bathroom does not have sufficient space and hanging place for towel and clothes. they had christmas eve buffet on 24th dec, they forget to mentioned that at the entry of zodiac that non ala carte available today. Later they informed me about it. It felt bed, however the staff was courteous. one negative point - Tea and coffee are bad. Spacious room and few amenities for kids

The hotel was magnificent..same for the view from the balcony. The staff was very polite and helpful and the service was excellent. The room was was very tidy and comfortable..plus points for housekeeping service. Overall the hotel was luxurious and my experience was quite comfortable. It's a 10/10 for sure.
