Very good Budgeted Hotel near the Railway Station Gate No 2 and City is very close to the main market. Staff is very good. I didn’t try food so can’t comment on that.. Otherwise a good stay..

The hotel is in a good location stuff behaviour is very good behaviour of the Manager is extremely badeven he told me to cancel my booking or not to book via online as the internet of 3rd floor was not working. mobile network is very low and slow inside the premises of the hotel. hot water and tv was not working. evennthe management of hotel ask to adjust the situation.lower level stuff like cleaning man and hotel boy are very good. manager will try to earn extra money from you. hotel location is good.

they speak abusively in front of guests
a bottle of unpack water is provided in the room
i got food poisoning after drinking that
this journey was very bad for me
there is a tv, but the tv does not work
there was no geyser in the bathroom
and the bathroom was dirty and broken

Bedsheets were not clean, flush button was broken, water supply was not continuous, there were red ants on the bed, window share was broken and more. Won't recommend!

Worst experience ever... booked the deluxe room and they gave us the standard room with AC... when we asked them to give the deluxe room they denied because they wanted more money to give the room they didn't even give us the remote of AC and said it was only controlled by them.. and they constantly switched off AC as their convenience without asking... Never go to this hotel...
