Room was not cleaned, lack of things available, food quality was stinking when I complained they agreed to refund the money and payment time, they refused to give me back money for stinking food. It was a horrible experience

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The room had an odd smell, which was off-putting. Although the commode flush initially didn't work, it was eventually fixed by room service, but this issue should have been addressed before my arrival. The stained bedsheet was promptly replaced upon request. It was surprising that for a booking for two adults, only one dental kit was provided. On a positive note, while the breakfast buffet was unavailable, the made-to-order food was enjoyable, served hot, and made up for the inconvenience.

Food was good. Service could have been better. Bathroom had a terrible stink! It was an average experience not something i expected from Golden Chariot.
