the hotel is worst there was no phone i. the room , no towels , no soaps , no water bottle the beddings were dirty, not proper , floor was completely with dust and sticky , room was smelling , toilets were not clean i do not have any words to describe and i paid more than 5000 for one night stay

1) Room was very small, and lock of the room was broken
2) Room was booked for 2 adults and they gave 1 water bottle and on asking the staff they were arrogant.
3) The staff was very rude and sarcastic...
4) Parking is not at all safe

The service was very bad, Did not get the room cleaned for 2 days even after saying
The condition of the room was not good, it was with broken mirror and after saying couple of times they did not changed the room.
Ac was not working properly and not able to cool down the room.

Hotel is located at a good location , Crossroads and on the main road .
The staff is good too . Amenities are appropriately given .
The fittings and fixtures are great.
Food - I can't say . But drinks serving was good .
The furniture is more than decent . The room as such is a small one , but luxurious .
Feels like you're staying in a rich condo or something .
Service was good too apart from some time delay issues .
Rooms are very tidy . But the halls contain some stuff .
Overall great place . Especially for couples.

Very poor service after paying 3000 bugs no kettle in the room no tea available. Room interior good but very congested. In the wardrobe you can hang only blouse not shirt. Can't eat the breakfast.
