I recently stayed at this hotel located conveniently near the ISBT, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, courteous, and attentive to every need. The location is perfect for travelers, especially those arriving by bus, as the ISBT is just a few minutes away—extremely helpful for early arrivals or late departures.

room and property is good but food is not up to the mark and the ac not working after conplaining also they didnot help to get the ac to work ..

The hotel is good, but slightly on the Lower Side from the ISBT tuti kundi Bus stand,
you have to take the Cab for to & fro, and Hot water came late as we were the only guest staying in the building, and they offered the Average room first, after we rejected that, they offered the second One.

amazing stay, very neat and clean property, bathroom was very clean, price was reasonable, with great view from the windows, near isbt so easy to come in 5 mins from bus stand, very convenient, polite staff , free water bottles, shampoo soap, the geyser was working, beautiful room with all the amenities. loved the stay will stay again, in room food was bit expensive but was manageable, food was good. good work this hotel is doing. bus stand nearby is a convenience, can be easier if you have vehicle, there is ample parking. calm environment nearby.
