First of all to all the travelers the hotel is in Kunzer which is 20 km approx before gulmarg In addition they have a over smart manager asked for kettle and coffee shashes in the night he forgot rooms are very clean and food is good like home but not worth the location

Hotel did not provide any resolution. I seek at least 50% refund. Location is really poor. See pictures for the issues. The washroom window was broken. The room was not well insulated. I had to put towels under the doors for insulation. Heater was not started on arrival The inclusions were not offered. Was given a different room then displayed in the picture while booking. There was no safe or chair in the room. No cupboards with locks. No child safety socket covers. The blackout curtains were not provided. No BBQ grill. No newspaper. Etc etc.

Awesome infinite star are less ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Thank you very much for all hospitality Dr.Resi & Arman Bhai and the staff. As saying goes "Athithi Devo Bhava" was the feel with owners being so so down to earth just touched the heart of my whole family and were alwayz on toes for all help and service they provided. Located in Kunzer approx15 km away from Gulmarg. The best buget friendly but most important we got is best home feel stay.
