    Worst hotel I ever stay . No cleanliness. Tv not working if you complain they didn't respond. And they haven't owned a restaurant if you order outside they charges higher than the food hotel... I recommend don't go for stay

    No room service. Even basic amenities like drinking water, Glass are not provided. The guests are asked to carry their own luggages to First Floor rooms. Auto Rickshaw are not available at the hotel site to move out of the hotel. TV is provided but TataSky set up box is not recharged. Display is coming as , "TV signal not available". When I informed them on 25th June 2023 they said that the mechanic would come on 26th but even after reminding it did not come. The Hotel is not at all recommendable.

    My experience is in respect of two days stay from 25th June 2023 TV was not working . TataSky set up box was not receiving signal. when I complained they inform that the mechanic has given date to come next day on 26/06/2023 but, this commitment did not materialise. The room did not have drinking water service with any jug and glass. Even Tea was not avilable at the hotel and when we asked for it they were required to fetch from Railway Station area which is 1.4 km away.

    very poor service...many prblm like electricity water and Food must...I can't stay next time" waste of money really.. be carefully stay hotel Harsh in...very Disappointed

    Very nice well maintained hotel at a small town like Titlagarh. Neat and clean.Well behaved staffs. Easily approachable from bus station and Railway statiin.Food quality of this hotel is awesome.
