these are ridiculous people, keep disturbing you off and on. I placed a do not disturb card outside my room door so they didn't ring the room bell but called on telephone at 7am to tell that the breakfast is ready.i mean they have no concept of privacy and space. if I go to a vacation I choose to decide what i want to do and when. it is not proper for the hotel people to wake up in the early morning and disturb. Everything was good, excellent stay and hospitality. Just the food is average and breakfast is not upto the mark with the money they charged

They allotted me smaller room with unsafe stairs . Even i fell down from stairs . No internet During dinner brownie was found fungus infested Location of room is very bad . No lift in the hotel . My wife is heart patient who is unable climb stairs The hotel despite advance fully paid booking allocated me smaller room . The room area is less than promised 300 sq ft size

Standard room is very small with very small bathroom.One can never expect such a small room in a hotel with 4star category.

We have booked the Deluxe room however they have provided us with a standard room. The room interior is not matching with photos available. Also, the bathroom is pathetic and the bathtub is not operational. Staff is also not great. When we asked them for a room change, the hotel staff were like all rooms are occupied and we can't give them another room. Provided room size was seemingly very small and not 300 sq ft. The height of the room was not even 8 ft.However, Goibibo helped us in getting a room change the next day with an added meal for compensation. That room is also not that great.
