stay was good ,
if u are planning to travel with family take room upstairs... because downstairs bar was attached... parking possible to back side of hotel..staffs are very friendly... complimentary food is not satisfactory...roos are good and, bed also comfortable..they are providing towl shambo .. moisturizer..soap..dental kit( when we asked), it is located near bus stand... walkable distance

The room was very neat and clean, BAR is on upside other sounds may affect our privacy. The service was very nice and near to the ksrtc bus stand Pathanamthitta. Except BAR everything is ok

Eventhough I booked a day before, they made us wait for abt 30 mins for checkin. Stay was comfortable. Good neat & clean room. All amenities was available. Friendly staff. Reception lady's behaviour wasn't professional. Good service other than that & good place to stay

They are purely mismanaged. They don't have experience of managing the hotels. I have booked and they changed my room three times in two days. In the morning when we reached to hotel, they asked my family and small kids to wait for an hour before allotting room to us. I had checkout the hotel in a day in advance.Worst experiences.
