no carpet for bathroom
no kettle
they delivered tea and sugar, without even a spoon
the key card was useless, I had to call the reception everytime I had to open the door
breakfast was average
air conditioner was strictly average

nothing less than a horrible nightmare.. poor quality room having cheap quality spring beds which are ages long and had back pain for a day. bed bugs stains on the mattresses.. broken toilet seats.. air-condition is utter waste. arrogant staff with no basic knowledge of decent behaviour with the guests.overly priced as rooms just above of an ordinary lodge.

Worst stay, I stayed with my wife and 2 kids- it was terrible stay at Hill View. Dont opt this hotel !!
1. An undergarment was hanging on the room window- I was invited to room by this scene
2. The room was half lit in the night by the light comes from corridor, yes there is a big peep gap between the room door and wall
3. Ugly and tore bedsheet was provided
4. TV was not working
5. Old batteries in AC remote, that did not work. I had to go to reception in the mid night to get AC work (yes reception intercom number was not written anywhere in the room)

How Go Stays brand was given to such a nasty hotel? intercom not working A/c was complaint, not adjustable, the mesh door in bathrooms no lock, bathroom door locking complaint, room was full of mosquitoes. TV remote not working

Location was good just near by the metro station only 2 minutes away. Staff was supportive and behaves well. I didn't tried the food as non-veg option was there. Tea and coffee was nice.
