this hotel is not good for stay they are showing for car parking while booking the rooms but when I check in they refused for parking. No good facility available.staaf is also rude never stay in this hotel.

Amenities were OK . But I booked 2 rooms in which 1 room Geyser was not working.
Also the Bedsheet were Yellowish and not washed properly.
Kitchen service was OK but the utensils were not upto the mark and not cleaned properly.

lake view outside the room was soothingbut sad part, there was no parkingin the name of toiletries only soap ( from which some wires were coming out) and towel was provided.flow of hot water was very very slow.food was average. cook was co-operative.hotel team should work on providing basic amenities such as toiletries ( which contains soap, shampoo, brush , toothpaste etc.)

Experience were not good at the hotel.. At reception the person are very rude attitude they are not talking polite to us... or esle room service are very poor
Also no car parking available..
This kind of service we are not expecting
You should change your staff for better customer interaction and better room services

I'm giving a 2-star rating because I found the hotelier to be quite stingy. He would turn off the MCB from outside, preventing us from using the geyser, and when we questioned him, he claimed there was no electricity. Additionally, there were several signs at the reception stating a fine of 50 rupees for washing clothes, which gave the place a rather shady vibe—after all, who washes clothes in a hotel? They provided us with RO water and not bottle water also only gave one towel for two people. ...more
