No kitchen and room service was there in hotel. I have to pick my luggage by own to 3rd floor. Washroom seat was not working well with no water.Need to improve

pillows were stinking after asking the bell boy he confirmed every pillow will be in same condition and if u ask for anything from the bell boy his answer is sorry this facility is not available

We asked a guy to give us chappal in the room so that it would become easier for me and for her to walk around the room, he said there will be no chappal here. We stayed there to celebrate the new year and for that we ordered cake at 10-11 PM and had to ask the same guy to unlock the door and he said it was not the right time to disturb him. You can just leave the door open. Not a Good Experience at all, no food,no geyser. We are not coming back to this hotel again.
The overall experience was bad.

Stay was awsome in hotel..management was excellent and the staff they were very polite. All over experience in hotel was great...the only thing that lackedis that they didnt provide any food. Only beverages were there.

Pros: The staff and managers were well mannered and courteous. I opted for a Classic room (Room no.102). It was neat and clean. The bed and pillow covers were clean overall with some spots here and there. A warm blanket and a quilt were available for passing a chilly night comfortably. They were clean too. The bathroom was clean. They had a solar water heater instead of an electric one which did not make any difference as hot water was available as and when required by me.
