2 Hotel was not clean and good for stay Food was also very expensive and test was missing. Hotel reception desk was also not co operative

Overall experience was good.I booked three excutive rooms.Hotel rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious.Plus point was the valley view from the window of our rooms.Personal balcony was attached with rooms.Food taste was average and the hotel is far away from mall road.

Hotel Himalayan Queen is located about 2 kilometers from mall road. However, it is close to Ghoom monastery, Batisia loop and Rock garden. You get mesmerizing mountain view from the room window. You can also see toy trains running from your window. Room is spacious. Hotel has restaurant, we tried Chicken curry, roti, thukpa and all were very tasty. Staff were polite and courteous. We had to checkout early and hence instead of breakfast, they served us dinner. We are very thankful for their gesture. Friendly staff, prompt service, nice view of toy train from hotel window

it's one of the best hotel in Darjeeling Kalyan sir and Pooja both are providing good service.Kalyan sir upgrade our rooms to deluxe to balcony view super deluxe rooms food is delicious we request our home style sabji and they cook for us .I will recommend this hotel booking for Darjeeling.You can clearly see mountain view clearly

Very good hotel. Staff is very nice. however 3 km far from city. sharing taxi point just opposite to hotel. charge 15 rs per head to market. nice mountain view from hotel

Goobibo had given us deluxe rooms. We had booked total 6 rooms but on reaching the hotel we came to know that they have only four rooms and asked us to pay more to upgrade the rooms..breakfast timings were after 9 am so we were about to miss our toy train ride and next day couldn't have breakfast at checkout.no room cleaning done despite giving keys at counter.. We booked room for 2 adults and one kid this the charges per room were more but the vouchers showed only 2 adults.
