the hotel is good location is good but the front manager and the hotel staff is not professional there is no hotel staff the hotel is only managed by two persons very bad room service very poor service and not professional managed property the hotel management should look into this point

Rs 1000 worth hotel & charged Rs 4000 . They are even bothered to give 1 extra water bottle .

very good location with good parking option. walking distance from solan mall road market and solan railwaystation. staff is very cooperative, they are very good and quick in service. food quality is also good. just a suggestion to add more dishes in to menu.

Water heating jug provided was not working and was stinking badly, and to my surprise room service already knew it and replaced it after my request...i codnt understand why to keep if it was not working...rooms were good enough, little old though but nicely maintained... Room provided to me was having parking lot view of banquet hall next to it, inspite of calling them beforehand and requesting room with good view...
