Review for Holiday Inn Hotel, Katra (Jammu) ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with my stay — I feel my money was completely wasted. I had specifically booked a Mountain View room, paying extra for it, and what I got was far from what was promised (attached photo shows the so-called “view”). Honestly, I could have chosen a better room elsewhere without paying extra for a misleading claim. Staying in the hotel was quite comfortable. All facilities were available. But I would like to mention a few facts: The check-in time of the hotel is 03:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM which is very inconvenient. Most of the trains/ buses arrive early in the morning and they have to make bookings for two days instea of one day if the purpose is Darshan. The hotel's lift opens with your room card. If you come out of your room alone, you have to seek the help of the reception again and again to go upstairs.

I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Katra. Every staff member(yashpal,Param&Komal) I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Very bad service. Sharing few problems with the resort. 1. Ordered water around 11 pm, no response till morning. 2. Water logging in washrooms and light fluctuation in room. 3. Asked for body wash from room service and front desk, no response. Room was clean. Staff is polite but unresponsive.
