the stay was okay, rooms were big and clean, the tv/ wi-fi was not working, the mini fridge was not working, there were no complimentary refreshments in the room, so price was a bit too much.

We booked 3 lake view suite room , but they alloted us some lower category general rooms. on asking for suite room they told that they don't have any vacant room, all suites are already booked ( It's a big fraud). Other than this they don't even provide drinking water in the room, after asking 10 times they sent us water bottles, so hospitality is also horrible.
The prices for the rooms are very high compared to rooms category.
will never book this again.
