Our stay at ILIF 2724 The Ocean Treat was very comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained. The management was responsive and the staff was very helpful. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. The food was good in taste. The stay was affordable and worth the price. The location is great—just a short walk to Nagaon Beach. Overall, a pleasant experience for the whole family.

I never really review but I was very disappointed this time for the price I paid and the service we received in return. (We paid double for both rooms due to the dates which is fine but the service in return? Pathetic.) To start with, our check in time was delayed as the rooms weren’t ready even though it was 2:30 pm. Had to ask for basic necessities like water bottles, towels.We had 3 guests per room, only 1 bottle was provided (after repeated visits to the reception) same with the towels, mind ...more

nice hotel ..looks to be the new property... i got the room infront of pool,
room and bathroom were near and clean, service was fast... location is 300 m from beach.... ( bit inside the main main road but still worth it)

Located just a short 7-8 minute walk from Nagaon Beach, this resort offers a calm and serene escape perfect for relaxation. The management and staff were exceptionally attentive. The food was also excellent, with a variety of options. Overall, my experience was fantastic, with no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay near the beach!
