Hotel authorities have been allotted a room which was small and had a dirty bathroom. Also it's a local mattress with a small bed not sufficient for three adults. Then the client has been complaining the same to their concern and finally they had allotted another room and charged an extra Rs 500 for the same. It is a better room than the first one. However, wifi is not available in this room which was very urgent requirement for the client as a student who have being preparing NEET exam on n ...more

Good Budget hotel...Excellent staff and behaviour.Accepted for midnight check in.
Only issue doors are not able to lock.Especially bathroom

we had the worst experience ever. they gave us a room at the top most floor which was so humid and hot, we requested to change room to lower floors which were available and they said those rooms aren't cleaned and tv is not working in those rooms. the staff was so rude. they were like either take the room or leave. we asked if we could talk with the manager and the staff told manager doesn't want to talk with us. bathroom was so unclean, no toiletries provided, not even drinking water. room service wasn't there. I personally went down to reception to pick the blankets. worst experience ever.

Hotel at an accessible location, nicely maintained and the front desk was well aware of the booking and my arrival.
