The hotel was ok, the room space was small but since it was a triple bed room so was manageable.
No option for lunch and dinner had to order from Zomato. Also breakfast options were less but the taste was good.
The only best part was it is very near to Golden Temple and Jallianwala Baag, in that area no cabs are allowed so tourists had to walk long. From the hotel it was just 2-3 mins of walk which saved our time and energy.

Room is match box size
Un branded bottled water
TV not working, as per hotel can watch only You Tube!!! Sheer nonsense. Charging such tariff, against which this is the hospitality offered to customer.

4 stars for the location and hospitality of staff. Room size was way too small for the hotel to be categorized as 4 star facility. Though, they were spot on for providing basic amenities like fridge, kettle for tea/coffee, TV and AC. Food was also good, hygienic and delicious.
Again the location brought me to this hotel. Just few steps away from Sri Harmandir Sahib. It's easier and convenient for us to stay here.

The hotel is very conveniently located and the rooms although small are very well furnished. They are luxurious and well equipped with all the essentials.
The best part though is the staff at the hotel. They are extremely hospitable and they go out of the way to help you. We had an amazing experience at the hotel.

The overall stay was amazing! It was cozy stay very close to the Golden Temple. The boy at the reception was super hospitable and helped us with every small and big thing required. The hotel has central air and water heating which was very efficient. What do i say more. Please stay here if you want a pocket friendly, cozy and full of amenities stay.
As a couple we were satisfied with the professionalism and recommendations from the hotel for local purchases and their warmth.
