last night I complaint about no water in the bathroom but they said they will check today from 4:30AM no electricity no water in the bathroom call several times went to reception also but they didn't able to resolve the issue of both electricity and no water also pathetic service

hotel was almost booked due to some marriage party. room was not ready even check in was around 10 pm in the night they took 30 minutes to provide a room. room was also average due to dampness and smell of dampness. too many mosquitos was there. i will suggest take room tour before accepting the room
