checking was difficult as front staff was an old lady in her 60...she didn't know anything....he called another guy and I waited 15 min.he came and taken me to a room....paid for room and they didn't give water, bathing towel and soap...Ac was not working and waited 30 minutes for new room and there also AC was working but cooling was not there....I slept using fan.room ok ,but max rent should be 2k.... bathroom very small...not clean.... shower not working.....overall not recommended checking ...more

My hotel is completely new building all ac s and others are brand new may be you didn’t know how to operate the remote. ...more

good budget hotel by irctc. right on the station and rooms and bedding are clean, may be due to hotel bwing very new.
everything was working and was in good condition.
however, there is no restaurant or food services in the hotel which is an issue. also cup and glass given were dirty.
overall good hotel, just no food service available.
