A quiet and a secluded hotel away from the hustle of over-crowded Nainital city. Staff is really polite and gentle. Surrounded by the lush green lawns and mountains. Nested at a very ideal location. Easy Accessible

this hotel in very bad location and in room bed in corner and fan in center which is no sutaibale in may June in Summer hotel staff behaviour is very poor

overall it is not so good experience. generator is not available there. I stayed there three nights one night without light. I asked then he said that generator is not available here. that's why staying experience was bad

actual distance of resort from Nainital is 17km but resort employees misguide us by telling distance 5.5 km also eatables are too much costly according to qualify

Very Worst service by the management and the people over there... And the location of the hotel far inside from the main road. I kindly request to not at all prefer somebody who is planning trip with family..
