room was not clean, no ventilation as no window, bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained. no water or room service after 8pm. staff was cooperative but may be having limited goods to help or support. closed non ventilated room with dirty toilet, flush was not working

Room was not maintained and clean. No towels provided, bedsheets not clean. Washroom was not maintained. In buffet breakfast only one thing available.

Staff at the reception has rude behaviour. The dining upstairs and the bathroom had no cleanliness. Food is good though but the menu price and billing price varied for an item.

hygiene was a problem. food was very bad. price too high compared to other properties in similar range. asked me to vacate early (earlier than checkout time) so that they can accommodate other guests. no photos
