The only thing good about the hotel was food. Apart from that it was a below average for the money they have charged. I can understand that they are located in core zone but they did not even had basic items like bread when needed. The room was smelly and pillows had fungus. It was disgusting. They only know how to charge money but don't spend anything on the upkeep of the property. They gave dinner really late on 2nd night because a big group was busy drinking alcohol so they kept us waiting. I ...more

Worth a stay if you are planning mukki gate safari visit. Staff behaviour is good and cooperative. Breakfast provided is not up to the mark

Overall a good experience. Staff took good care of us. However pillows and bedsheets could have been more clean and hygienic. Hospitality was amazing

It is a nice Stay staff are ultimate for thair behaviour. Foods are like home also they make food of your choice also. location is perfect we stay on room no 608 it's very specious room & clean.

It was not good. there was no fridge in room. kitchen was not hygienic and whenever we used to order anything it took them forever to get. the staff seemed so exhausted already. breakfast buffet only had two food items just because customers were less they were not ready to prepare any non veg item. they simply refused to prepare anything showing their laziness. the owners were also not bothered about guests' comforts. the area where food was served had no proper ventilation and there was no air ...more
