Worst hotel to stay. The washroom was dirty, there were ants on the bath tub. The room was dirty. Also, the food was pathetic. A big NO to this hotel for anyone who is planning to stay here.

Hotel is located in almoast center of the city, Nakki lake, market, polo ground is 5 mins walk from here. Rooms are clean and peaceful. Food is great, quality of the breakfast was very good and they keep servw it fresh and not stock it up on the breakfast table.

- The room was not deluxe. It was dirty, had poor bed sheets with stains, bathrooms were dirty - Not even basic cleanliness was in place - All the Electric sockets had loose contacts - Electric kettle boiler had leaking current and gave me a 440 V shock - Service was pathetically abysmal I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. They deserve to be sued for lack of safety.

The separate building is an annexe more like a servant quarters. No view, badly managed rooms and indifferent staff

Intercom was not Functioning. TV was not working. They did try to reset TV but same results. Food was okay and Quality was good. But Do check while booking Rooms about separate building and Main building.

hotel property is good but photo room and hotel give room is different, breakfast and dinner is good and any item charge up to MRP ( print MRP enq all tax 1 water bottle MRP 20 Rs )then hotel take + tax + gst + gst + service charge) then his take 59 Rs. i talk with person but he say this is service charge not but this is normal room temperature water bottle. .

it was worst experience....we booked 2 delux room in hotel and it was outside the main hotel it's feel we r in servant quarter....at first look it look gud but my dad got hurt coz of wooden flooring....screw was out....we have 2small kid one of them got hurt also .. washrooms was also not clean....we give ..for one night but it's look like it was wastes...worst experience....it was dirty....not clean...don't even know why they charge that much....and who give them 3star rating.....don't deserve even one....only food was gud...

Not value for money hotel.. Too old rooms and rooms not even in hotel's main building. Overall experience is poor after spending for 2 nights, could try to get better and cheaper hotel instead of invested money on name of Hotel. Quoting "Nam Bade or Darshan Chote".
