Amazing homestay. loved the food and at night for all the guests there is a bonfire. visit in between November to January if you wanna enjoy the weather or go for small trek to see coffee plantation and pepper plantation. The best part is they have lots of beautiful flowers, it gives you a positive vibe everyday when u wake up. thanks Nithin and his family for the warm welcome.

Kipstay Coffea Cove is located on the Chikmagalur Muthodi Road. The property is about 600meters away from the main road. The road to the resort is good though and is made of concrete. Located at an elevation of 1275 meters from the ground you will see plenty of birds here. Its around 17-18kms away from the town making it ideal. Owner and staff behavior was good and friendly. Amenities were not enough. Room was very small. Services were good. There was dinning facility, it was home cooked food and also one has to inform early itself whether they want to have food or not. Complimentary breakfast was provided.

My parents and I stayed at Kipstay Coffea Cove in January 2020 for 3 days (2 nights). Our stay was wonderful to stay the least. The homestay is located in the middle of a beautiful coffee estate in Chikmagalur. Nitin was a wonderful and very friendly host. Our room was quite cozy and comfortable. Nitin also took us to a private trek. The trek was beautiful with truly incredible views at the top. There is also a small temple at the top of the hill at the end of the trek.

Staff behavior was above average. Amenities and services were good. Locating the hotel was difficult. There was dining facility, where breakfast and dinner. Free breakfast was complimentary but it was optional though I have availed the facility.
