Good & supportive staff but poor hygiene in hotel. Blankets & towels were stinking, asked to replace them. Non veg restaurant below the hotel keeps producing non veg cooking smells across the hotel. Rooms are small and average bathroom. Writing this review so that other familes don't face these problems. Also if you are pure vegetarian, Absolutely avoid eating in hotel restaurant. Hope this helps. Thans!

This hotel is not at all a good choice for those who wants to remain away from busy and noisy place. Although we preferred having food outside but It is a perfect place for those who want to go shopping and get souvenirs from Jammu as this hotel is perfectly located amidst market called Rajinder bazaar where you can buy things at cheaper rate to expensive ones. this hotel is around 1km from bus stand and airport is around 30 mins distance.
