The stairs are a big task I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and the stay was average The rooms are good but there are no amenities in this hotel only and only hot water is there that's it they don't even give water bottle

The stay was good, and the rooms were also nice, but there are about 40-50 stairs to walk from Mall Road to reach the hotel. The hotel food is average, so you might want to explore outside food options, though they are also quite expensive. However, the view of the lake from the hotel is amazing. I would recommend Nainital as just a one-day trip, as there isnโt much more to see.

Dirty Neel given Towels
Dirty Bed cover with stains
Moreover no welcome drink as Mentioned before
No free upgrade
