Room full of cockroaches. The staff least interested in providing services and not at all cooperative. Our room was at the second floor and our train was early in the morning there was none available for checkout at the reception has to find a guy sleeping on couch and asked him to raise a invoice. It took 15 mins for him to generate invoice of Rs 105, I already was in a hurry because I had to catch a train. After generating invoice I requested him to bring our luggage down from the room he replied all our staff is sleeping as of now

Really bad behaviour from the guy at the reception! I don't understand the concept of not allowing people with local ids. I have put in a formal complaint against the hotel and it is ongoing in the court. They misbehaved and denied Check in. The manager on the call also did not help, the caretaker was very rude.

The stay was good. The staff were helpful and the hotel is just next to a gurudwara so that was also nice. Located centrally as well with CP just 5 kms away and nearby metro station (Jangpura).

wi-fi signal was poor.room was small and didn't fit to the expectations .tea was not good.Have to call 3-4 times for a drinking water or for a cup of tea. Toilet was not clean.there was no dustbin in room.
