Unfortunately I have not taken photos but cleanliness was very bad, towels were dirty, bed spreads, pillow covers too with muddy stains. Soon check in noticed about towels and informed them to change, they changed but we noticed about pillow covers and bed spreads night but dint inform managed to cover from towels while sleeping. But next day manager in turn telling us as if we did mess out of it and it was ok when he was alloying room to us. He was found rude although. Cot was making lot of s ...more

Biggest plus is location. Staff were polite and hospitality was very good. Facilities were good and maintenance was good too.

It is most suitably located if you're going with your family, ,it's KSTC hotels staff here is a bit like a government employee, which he is ,this, Food here in Hotel is little bit expensive in terms of quantity what you get for a price and quality which you get served

The room and bathroom are spacious. Some equipment are not working properly, viz. toilet flush and water heater for coffee making.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

Not worth the money spent; The rooms are ok, limited rooms but not well maintained neither the estate- its a great tourist location - but the hotel needs to improve much more.

Room and facilities are excellent. Options for food is limited but it's okay indeed. The location is walkable to nearest restaurants, shops and halebeedu tourist spot.

Not recommended to opt Non-AC room and the fan is not at the centre due to Fall ceiling which is not justified
