the room was never cleaned. bathroom flush flowed the whole time and couldn’t stop. there were dead cockroaches which was later cleaned. very dusty. linen was asked to change.

very bad hotel out side is good but inside it is a hopeless worst room for 4 people.I request people not to book this hotel.

Hotel is okay, we stayed for one night in 3 bed executive AC room, room was spacious and big. Room was old and need maintenance, AC was working fine even it was in broken and old. Fridge was mentioned in amenities but it was not available. Geyser was not working , Room had Small LED TV but no Hindi channels. Intercom was not working, so mobile card was provided for any calls to reception. Staff was good and helpful.
Hotel has Bar & Restaurant, but we did not use it so can't comment on it.

Not at all clean ,we literally slept in dust , you can't set your foot on floor without slipper or shoe,that mush dust on floors

The hotel looks very old, the bedsheet was torn at multiple places, towels were not provided, only one soap was given for 2 people, the ac was old n damaged, there was no ac remote n d staff had clue about ac remote, d flush in d commode was leaking continuosly, I wud have given one star only , d only reason I gave 2 stars is bcoz v were alloted d room at an odd hour, not a worthy stay wud definitely not recommend to anyone

In the allotted room toilet there is no ventilators and exhauster fan etc. Bad smell. No cleanliness.

Booked for 3D2N I have reached mysuru @ 4:30 am by travelling 384km its already been informed to hotel for early check inn after so many calls . The mobile & landline number mentioned are not all working . Staff after so much discussion they allotted a room at ground floor , room is ok with a smell of pungent I stayed 3 days n 2 Nights , they dont clean the room . They have not provided complimentary breakfast for early check inn So much of language barrier , they don't understand english Tamil telugu , only Hindi n Kannada
