Food was good but the tap water is served for drinking, cleanliness and hygiene not maintained. overall not a good experience. we have choose the deluxe room it was too very small room.

awesome family hotel, Badal the service staff is very good and helpful, food is good. The best part was we reached here wet in rains and staff gave us hot tea in 5 mins.

It was a very bad experience as the room was very different as shown in pictures. The bedsheets and blankets were not washed and were very smelly. The bathroom taps were leaking all the time. The food was also not good. Overall its was the worst experience of our trip.

Linen provided is not clean. And even the room is not clean. We have booked two rooms. But Tv is not provided in one of the room.

Room was clean and warm, with table and kettle. The bathroom was also very clean and hygienic, with hot water available. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful. The food was tasty, very homely, with an all-you-can-eat buffet system. Their kitchen also was very clean and well organized. Location of the hotel is excellent, with a gorgeous view of the valley side.

As a traveller.. This is the first time I had a horrible experience.. That hotel owner and the manager neshar both are very cool minded fraud.. They cheated people with different style.. So usually people can't caught them. I must suggest don't go with this hotel... In lachung there is lots of options of hotels so please don't go in this particular hotel.. After ordered food they are suddenly increasing the price of food and they charged double and you'll be in the false position.. They said to us that as per the owner direction they are doing those..
