There is water scarcity in this place. Kept calling reception multiple times, but there was no response.

We have booked the hotel with free breakfast. But while check out we have to pay the breakfast price again. TV is not working. Water is not available.

Very very delayed services. washrooms were smelly and not felt like its worth the money i paid.The restaurant come bar is bit tooo loud, as all of the noise was coming out. The place could be more organised.Thank you for having us!!! Hope the suggestions will help you to improve.

The room wasn't cleaned, pillows were not covered.. Washrooms were dirty.... Room didn't have the intercomm to communicate... People don't respond well

hotel is good.just side of milinium park.staffs are so good...well behaved.... resturent is good... complimentary breakfast is just too good...all together awasome.

it was so dirty. the bathroom was not clean, betsheet was dirty, there were stains on the bed sheet. also the staff behaviour was so rude when i asked for dinner.

stayed on 27th november. Horrible experience regarding hot water. there is no hot water to bathe in the morning. Even after telling the manager there is no solution.
