nice hotel if you're planning to stay in panchgani. its 11 km away from mahabaleshwar on the way through panchgani towards mahabaleshwar. food was superb and quality, quantity was good. staff service and room cleanliness was good. book wooden cottages. they have own kitchen hence breakfast needs to be ordered by 9.30 am, dinner by 9.30 pm. have good playground for small kids

Property is good but not well maintained.
Not providing daily 3 ltr of mineral water per person.
Fan and heater was required according to season but only AC was there in room.
TV was not working.
Overall property required to be maintained and no choice for breakfast, only aloo paratha, poha and Upma was there.
For 6.5 k it is over priced
