    the hotel is below average in terms of everything. the mattress was uncomfortable, the bedsheets had stains. there was no towel or cloth hanger in washroom. very poor accessories. food wasn't good for vegetarians. untrained staff. below average experience.

    Room is good, but it is not that much worthwhile as classic room is very small and rate charged for one night is Rs.3690/- is toomuch cost as in Vijayawada it is only Rs.2400 only. It is up to you

    Service isn't good. Limited foodstuffs are available. Staffs need proper training. Hotel rooms are very good. Hot water not available round the clock .

    Rooms are good , but I faced issue of power trips in room for few seconds but at regular intervals , due to this AC gets switched off and every time need to switch it on again. Breakfast was not ready on time .

    Nice hotel. The room was as good as the five star. Comfort bedding, modern bathroom and set up for the working station was also there in the room. Parking facility at basement is also available. Totally satisfied with the hotel. Service was also quick.
