Villa Location and property is good. But Villa is not maintained by owner properly. the pics are misleading and actual stuff is not that new and clean. Sofa had a big hole and should be replaced by them sooner. Cleanliness was also not proper and we observed unclean towels, broken beer bottles and dead rat near pool. Caretaker was very approachable and responsive when needed, but we didn't feel it worth for booking after paying Rs. 25000
