The window leaks, room flooded, the staff are beligerant, apathetic and the owner couldn't care less.We left the room because it flooded and didn't get a refund.Great job!

hotel receptionist has no idea... from where we booked. ac is not working.. no comot... very bad condition...

Hotel lacked basic ammenties like television, wifi. No provision for tea, coffee machine. No pantry in the hotel or food service. Lift didnot work on two of the three days. Very few staff members available.

Worst experience, hotel manager denying my check in at 10:00pm, i was with my old parents also once he gave me room but with in 5 min he take me out of the room.
Room was too poor
Blankets was too dirty, snaps attached ( replaced aftercomplaint)
No television available
Water is kept in galary that too get finish, i need to procure from market.
No restaurants available.

cons - Blanket was smelling like ****, Indian toilet seat, No mineral water supplied, had to wait for half an hour for check-in
pros - Early check-in, AC working, Nominal Price, close to railway station
