I have made the booking but was not confirmed at the hotel, denge i did not get the room . In this case, please refund me the amount which i had paid for the booking

It was a nightmare as I was not provided with room till 10-30 am and also the room was very dirty.

pathetic condition of the hotel.. The photographs are self explanatory.. The staff behaviour was also very poor . The water in the tap was very slow ..Horrible stay.. The stay amount should be return back..

No value for money at all. The rooms are absolutely run down. The bathroom taps are continuously leaking. The bathroom door does not close. Towels and linen are torn and in pathetic condition. The staff is untrained and unprofessional. They keep changing remotes and set top boxes from one room to another. You have to keep calling them for remotes of AC and TV. Not worth the stay at all. Completely avoid.
