This is the worst hotel in terms of cleanliness and service for the money we paid. Since the hotel booking on-arrival at hotel itself costing around 1500 INR only,

Breakfast was not there. Rooms were not good. It is not worth of INR 3000+ hotel to stay. Beds were not clean. However, service is good. Staffs are friendly.

Worst hotel ever I stayed. No more room boys available to get the food or any help. It's like hell. This cold i didn't get extra blankets as well. Rooms don't have privacy

It was a good location to stay at ooty
Near by restaurant and bus stand and market place . Hassel free location . Rooms were also good and we enjoyed stay over there . Staffs were very coperative

This hotel is fully fraud, when i went to the hotel they refused check in. I was in complete trouble and booked another hotel, also i got to know from some hotel resident that this hotel used to do spy in rooms. I request from everyone not to consider this hotel at all due to some privacy concerns

I paid Rs.10,100 for two days. But There is no facility as per price taken. Hotel is average. No 24 Hour Hot water facility. Room has not proper ventilation. So There is no Air circulation. Can't feel comfortable

Pretty decent stay for the money ! The Receptionist and housekeeping were extremely Polite and well behaved . Had an wonderful stay .. Definitely will stay there again and would recommend others too.
Compact room ! Road facing view ! Location is a bigger benefit.. Just in heart of the city . so what ever you need is just a walk away ..

Here is a very genuine review..the hotel provides clean deluxe rooms at affordable rates..also interior of rooms is very good and hotel staff Is very polite and cooperative. Near main market,bus stand ,and railway station.

I am very sorry to say my very bad experience I felt since started our stay here. rooms are so congested and even the bathroom where adequate facilities are not there. The hot water we get is very poor in comparison to cool water i.e mixing both for bath takes a huge time. later in the evening time the hot water coming is very very minimal.also mobile charging points seen only one, where family members have to wait in queue. the room rent they are charging is very huge, where facilities are none to say.
