Reception and service staff is superb, everyone is doing their job best for serving the guest best food and providing necessary guidance to visit Dalhousie. Reception staff helped me to extend my stay date coordinating without extra charges as I had to modify my plan for later due to personal reasons.Improvement is needed and sales team who have given wrong details that they have gym and kids play area but these are not yet built, I had booked my stay here considering that they have mentioned ...more

The stay was comfortable. newly built property. neat and clean rooms. Food was excellent. Hospitality was awesome. Sh. Anil Kumar and Sh. Suraj are an asset and especially made our stay worth remembering.

Everything rest Foods was good and the Food quality and menu was at its lowest standard never expected that worst food from a 4 star property, the food quality spoiled our mood every time and for the whole trip.
