such a pathetic service..even after the booking was confirmed by hotel management..when we reached hotel he already gave our room to someone else for making more money..he told us that he will shift us to some other hotel so he did and that hotel was cheap and there was no service at all as that hotel staff gave us the worst room they have

one of the best hotel in Jaipur. Rooms are very neatly cleaned and staffs are very Cooperative. Located very close to Amer fort and Jal mahal. Hence if you are tourist, this will be the perfect place to stay. Location is the main advantage. perfect family Hotel.

Very pathetic service. No night staff. No restorent service. It's just like dharamshala. You need to order food from outside.

No service at all,no toilet paper,no soap in washroom.Even no one is there do listen.Too bad service.I don’t even have my room key,to open my room I have to call the reception nd ask them to open my room my the master key,which is really annoying.

Wall are is not good condition u cannot close the room gates as they are already stuck and toilet gate is also stucked. There is a local gym inside the hotel. Where local people are shouting
