No proper amenities available as they mentioned here. very rude behaviour of staff. please family and ladies avoid this property. it's unsafe. The worst hotel in the world

I have residing that Palace in 24th to 25 Sep2023. Horrible experience bad is totally not comfortable. Standard room horrible bath towel horrible and location of Hotel also Horrible. Each and every street Non Vegetarians food shops. If you are non Vegetarian you may stay there. Very small room in horrible condition, Not recommend for stay there.

They haven't allowed us for check-in initially.They said rooms are full. then after they provided us the room. The location of hotel is also in kind of undeveloped area. The room was okay to stay couple of days.

very hygenic and staff is very co-operative 5 mins walk from mmd chennai.
