of the 4 days stay, 3 days went without hot water…. hot water available in buckets on demand. horrible experience !

It was a worst experience at the property. We had booked a stay for one night. Our flight got delayed and we reached in the morning 6 A.M instead of previous day. The guy at reception was asking us 1800 plus taxes for early check-in but actually we had arrived late by 18 hours. At 11 A.M the front office started to ringed continuously in the room for knowing the check-out time, that to when we had placed DND sign outside the room. Rooms are spacious,clean and hygiene but Poor choice of Location. Service is average. The buffet breakfast menu is poor. No room service after 10:30pm.

This was my second stay in this Hotel. As always, the hotel stood to its commitment. The check-in process was very swift. The rooms were very clean & spacious. The staff made sure that our stay was quite pleasant. It is located in one of the best location.
