the main pro was the location, few mins of walking distance from the jetty.
but the service can improve a lot. breakfast wasn't offered whereas i had ordered the same a night before.

I got very bad, old and low quality room that room has no space. I complained this for honour and request hotel honour to change the room and give me better room. in real he provided old room like kothari

Frequent load shedding, no electricity at night, too noisy, dog barking whole night, hotel manager nagging through the day for other package, Scotty rental, not recommended.

Had a great stay at the hotel and the caretaker/manager Mr Karthik was very helpful and accommodating. He was very hospitable and helped to get a local conveyance, refer agents for booking tickets and what not. The location of the hotel is also a plus and it is next to a picturesque mangrove, very near to Havelock jetty. Overall recommended for those on a budget searching for a decent no frills stay.

1. worst cleaning, No drinking water (instead they give running water which is not good)3. photos uploaded by hotel are years old one....they aren't real...or of current time 4.staff was polite and good behaving .. that's one plus point 5. prices should be ranging from 800-1000 only
